cvschangelogbuilder software package provides perl utility to generate ChangeLogs or html cvs reports, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cvschangelogbuilder
cvschangelogbuilder is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cvschangelogbuilder package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cvschangelogbuilder *
You will get with cvschangelogbuilder package name, version, architecture and description in a table
